Sewage treatment plant is located in al-Jubairiyah area southeastern the city of Samarra .It works mechanically, and has the design capacity of (24000) m³ per day, but the conditions in the city prevented the completion of construction, and in the completion of work on the station, design and operation of energy could fill a need city , The discharge of treated water from the station, returned to the River Tigris. The entire sewage network in the city of Samarra needs maintenance and full rehabilitation, and the completion connecting al-Qattool area to this network. We did not obtain information concerning thecondition of pipelines or the problems face them. So, this network needs to be surveyed to determine its condition and the location of the imbalance, and to develop a plan for improvement, development and rehabilitation.
